We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

📿 Jewelry
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, all jewelry sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if there is a problem.

We do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products. If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.
🛠 Skin Tools
Returns on skin tools are accepted within 14 days, as long as they are unused and in original packaging. Used tools are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Local Pickup You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our studio in the Salmon Falls Lower Mills. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 days. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready.
International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally.
